RoyalDisk provides a platform for uploading, storing, and viewing files through its web, mobile, and desktop applications. Users are solely responsible for the content they upload. Users may not upload or share any content that violates intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or any applicable laws. Users must not engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the functioning of the App or its Services.
Users may be required to create an account to access certain features of the App. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activities that occur under their account. RoyalDisk reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent or abusive activities.
RoyalDisk respects your privacy and protects your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
The App, including the desktop version and mobile app, may display third-party advertisements. Users understand and agree that RoyalDisk is not responsible for the content of these advertisements.
RoyalDisk may run advertisements and promotions from third parties via the Service or the Site or may otherwise provide information about or links to third-party products or services via the Service or the Site. Your business dealings or correspondence with, or participation in promotions of, such third parties, and any terms, conditions, warranties, or representations associated with such dealings or promotions, are solely between you and such third party. RoyalDisk is not responsible or liable for any loss or damage of any sort incurred as the result of any such dealings or promotions or as the result of the presence of such non-RoyalDisk advertisers or third-party information accessible via the Service or the Site.
RoyalDisk reserves the right to delete uploaded content at any time based on legal requirements, court orders, or requests from authorities. RoyalDisk will make reasonable efforts to notify users if their content is deleted due to such requests.
Additionally, if a file has no views for more than 2 months and the file size is greater than 1GB, it may be automatically deleted under our Fair Use Policy to manage storage resources.
The RoyalDisk App and its contents, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the property of RoyalDisk and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
If you believe that any material made available via the Service infringes upon any copyright which you own or control, or that any link made available via the Service directs users to material that infringes upon any copyright which you own or control, you may file a notification of such infringement with our Designated Agent as set forth in our DMCA or Copyright Policy.
RoyalDisk has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and underage sexual content. When we receive notification of such content, our support team will act promptly to remove it and permanently block the account of the user who uploaded it.
We will report such content to the appropriate Indian child protection and law enforcement authorities. We also reserve the right to cooperate fully with law enforcement agencies to identify and prosecute individuals involved in the creation, transmission, or dissemination of illegal content.
